Our rent has doubled starting in April. Now, it may not have been so bad for us if it had been an incremental increase and we were seeing growth at this location. Unfortunately, we are not, and this rental increase puts us in a bad place. ![]()
We retain customers who come but we have seen very slow growth at this location. On top of this, inflation has really impacted us. Many of our inventory items (milk, eggs, cups etc.) went as far as being tripled in price. We know this impacted you as consumers as well and we tried to refrain from price hiking our items too much. ![]()

We are looking for a building to relocate to on a permanent level. We need your help in getting us in contact with these owners. We are looking for a reliable landlord who is willing to communicate and retain a renter for a long-term period. We are not bad tenants. We pay our rent on time and if we can fix little things, we will without bothering you. We are looking to work hand in hand with someone who maybe doesn’t want to see their building empty anymore and is willing to work with us. Ideally, we would like to be on the Main road (S Walnut/56) but we are willing to look at other options also. A place that has room for customers to sit and room for our equipment. We need a place that has access to gas and water. Our success is your success and if we cannot get access to these things, it only inhibits the business. We are not unwilling to sign a lease, in fact we would want it, so everyone is above board. ![]()

Many of my regular customers have been here for a long time and you know each other and have connections I do not. I need your help to continue this business. If we cannot find another place, we will be closing permanently on April 29th. If you need to pass my personal cell to someone for this purpose, please do.
